Exchange on receipt
Talaris will dispatch a replacement module or product once the defective item is received. This flexible service provides an efficient and fast turnaround to keep your operation up and running.
Repair on receipt
We will repair the defective module or product on receipt and dispatch once functional. This cost effective procedure minimizes the need for customer owned swap stock.
