A range of standard product maintenance and repair services is offered by Talaris to ensure high availability levels and maximise our customers' return on investment.

Talaris service professionals perform on-site repairs according to defined service level agreements and/or deliver scheduled preventative maintenance to increase equipment availability. Backed by robust central support and repair centre processes, our fully qualified service engineers help ensure high levels of equipment reliability for our customers.

Where customers have non-standard requirements for service and support, an extended warranty programme may be suitable. Talaris has the capability to optimise the structure and delivery of support which may include:

  • Faster response times for critical equipment and infrastructure, or to account for particular operating requirements
  • Support for varied tiered support structures including customer-operated support desks
  • Extended product life support and assistance with migration or transformation programmes
  • Varied support levels based on key drivers such as usage levels, transaction volumes or geographical dispersion
  • Customised training, coaching and mentoring to ensure successful investment in technology
