Technical training and support is a flexible set of services provided to customers, OEM partners and distribution partners to establish and maintain high levels of technical competence. Technical training courses can be delivered either from training centres around the world, or at customer locations. Technical training is available in the form of standard or bespoke courses tailored to requirements in a variety of languages. Technical support can be delivered on all Talaris and third party systems through a variety of delivery mechanisms including telephone, e-mail and other channels and providing advice on problem resolution and sharing of best practice knowledge.
Talaris Technical experts provide a high level of system understanding enabling customers to draw on the extensive knowledge pool from thousands of installations worldwide - without developing this resource in-house.
Technical instruction on service methodologies and practices for Talaris and third party manufactured systems provides customers with knowledge to carry out some maintenance services on their own or a client/partner’s systems.
Train-the-trainer training courses specific to cash and transaction processing systems deliver skills and techniques to cascade technical or operator training to other departments within the customer organisation.
